Bonuses and loyalty program
CapMonster Cloud offers incentive programs for new and existing customers, users of other ZennoLab products, as well as software developers and owners.
For new users
After registering with CapMonster Cloud, you can receive $0.1 to your balance to test the service.
To receive the test funds:
- Register with CapMonster Cloud.
- Contact us via the support chat on the website or email us at [email protected].
- Specify the email address associated with your account.
The test bonus is not granted to accounts registered using a temporary email address.
For regular users
Regular users can receive up to a 15% bonus when topping up their balance.
The bonus amount depends on the amount spent on CAPTCHA recognition in CapMonster Cloud over the last 30 days:

Once the corresponding level is reached, the bonus is automatically applied to each balance top-up and remains active for 30 calendar days.
How the last 30 days are calculated
A rolling 30-day period is used for the calculation rather than a calendar month.
This means that spending is calculated not from the first to the last day of the month, but for the 30 days preceding the current date.
For example, if you started actively solving CAPTCHAs on August 16, then on September 16 the system will check your spending for the previous 30 days. If you reached one of the bonus levels during this period, the corresponding bonus will be applied to your balance top-ups.
After reaching a bonus level, the bonus is automatically applied to each balance top-up and remains active for 30 calendar days.
If your spending reaches the next level during this period, the bonus amount will be increased automatically.
For users of other ZennoLab products
If you already use ZennoLab products, such as ZennoPoster, ZennoDroid, or other company products, you can receive $5 to your CapMonster Cloud balance.
The bonus is credited automatically if the following conditions are met:
- you have a ZennoLab account;
- you previously made a purchase or subscribed for more than $5 in the ZennoLab personal account;
- you sign in to CapMonster Cloud using the same ZennoLab account.
For example, if you previously purchased a ZennoPosterPro subscription for one month, six months, or one year, and then sign in to CapMonster Cloud for the first time using the same credentials, the bonus will be automatically credited to your CapMonster Cloud balance.
Accounts on account.zennolab.com and capmonster.cloud use a single account.
If you already have a ZennoLab account, you do not need to register separately with CapMonster Cloud. Sign in to CapMonster Cloud using the same credentials or the same Google account.
If you try to register again using an email address that is already in use, the system will inform you that the email address already exists.

Developers and software owners can receive up to 30% of the CAPTCHA-solving spending of referred users.
